The hotel is located right on the coastline with beautiful views of the sea, but the rooms need better cleaning especially the toilets. The service was excellent with high standards, though there is room for improvement. The dining options were basic but with great views. The customer service needs significant improvement, but we received high standards of service. A mistake on a salad was promptly rectified with a free Cosmo without us having to say a word. Our requests were accommodated efficiently, including room service, housekeeping, and welcome drink.
